Can you retake the camel quiz? (Yes — here's why you should)
Retakes are unlimited, free, and take about a minute. More importantly: because the score is deterministic, retaking is the best way to understand how the formula works.
How to retake
Hit Retake on the result screen — it restarts the same seven questions instantly. Your previous answers aren't saved anywhere (there's nowhere to save them to), so every retake starts clean.
The one-answer experiment
Here's the move: retake the quiz changing exactly one answer and watch your total. It will move by precisely that answer's value — the per-answer breakdown on your result screen shows you the before and after. Change "show up with snacks" to "send a meme" and see what kindness is worth. This is the closest a joke quiz gets to a science lab, and it's genuinely fun.
Retake strategies
- The honest retake: answer as your best self. This is the score you quote.
- The roast retake: answer as yourself on your worst day. This is the score your friends quote.
- The audit retake: identical answers, just to confirm the score doesn't move. It won't — determinism is the point. (If it ever does move on identical answers, tell us; that would be a bug, and we'd fix it.)
- The rivalry retake: after a compare showdown, the loser gets one sanctioned rematch. House rules.
Does retaking "cheat" the quiz?
There's nothing to cheat — the quiz measures your answers, not your soul. Answering differently produces a different score because you gave different answers, which is the formula working exactly as designed. The score guide shows the whole machine; retaking is just running it again.
The only rule: don't screenshot a retake and present it as your first result. The caravan has a code, and the code is honesty about your snacks.
